Day Camp Registration

AGES 6-12

Dates: June 11 - 14
Each session will last 3 consecutive days.

Day camp AM Session -- June 12-14
(8:00 am – 12:00 pm)
Cost: $175

Day camp PM Session -- June 11-13
(1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)

Registration Procedures:

Campers must present a completed and signed medical authorization form at the start of registration. Campers that do not bring this form will not be admitted to camp.

Time: Registration for the p.m. session will be Wednesday June 11th from 11:00-1:00 (p.m. session is from 1:00-5:00 on June 11, 12, and 13th)

Registration for the a.m. session will be Thursday June 12th from 7:00-8:00 a.m. (a.m. session is from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 noon June 12, 13 and 14)

Location:
Registration for the Day Camp (June 11-14) will be held at Thompson-Boling Arena on Lake Loudon Drive.

Registration Parking:
Parking will be available in the G-10 garage while registering for camp ONLY. After registration, you will not be allowed to leave your car in the garage. This is a parking lot for University students, and it is not permissible to leave your car there during the duration of camp.

Camp Schedule:
For the morning session, camp will be from 8:00am - 12:00 noon.

For the afternoon session, camp will be from 1:00pm - 5:00pm.

Parking Permits:
Parents staying to observe their daughter must either park in the metered spaces along the streets or obtain a parking permit. All parking in any lot on the campus of The University of Tennessee is by permit only. If you plan to observe camp activities and want to park in a campus lot, you may purchasea parking pass at registration. Vehicles without a permit are subject to being ticketed or towed.

Balance Due:
The balance of the camp fee will be collected upon registration. Please make a special note that we will only be accepting MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS or CASH. NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please make Money Orders or Cashier's Checks payable to The University of Tennessee.

Medical Authorization:
In order to immediately treat an injury, a parent or guardian must complete, sign and turn in the enclosed medical authorization form at registration. This will insure proper treatment of a possible injury.

Equipment:
Each camper should bring basketball shoes and come dressed to play.

Trainer Information:
Trainers will be on staff. If you require daily taping, please bring your own athletic tape or be prepared to purchase some.

Souvenirs:
There will be a Camp Store open daily to sell Lady Vol souvenirs.

Camper Behavior:
Violations of camp policy in regard to the use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco will result in expulsion from camp. Parents will be notified immediately of any action by the camp directors.

Disability:
In order to accommodate a camper due to a disability, please contact our office six weeks in advance.

Departure:
For the morning session (8:00am – 12:00 noon), campers should be picked up by 12:00 noon each day. For the afternoon session (1:00pm – 5:00pm), campers should be picked up by 5:00 pm each day. Each camper should be picked up at Thompson-Boling Arena. Please be aware The University of Tennessee is not responsible for the supervision of your daughter once camp is completed each day.

We will not be sending you any other information on camp. Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions.

YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING TO REGISTRATION
  1. Medical Release Form - fully completed and signed
  2. Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Cash for balance due (Please make Money Order or Cashier's Check payable to The UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSE) - Personal Checks AND Credit Cards will not be accepted at registration.

REFUNDS:
Your deposit insures you a spot in camp. This is a non-refundable deposit. This is a University policy and allows no refunds due to personal injuries, AAU Tournaments, Softball Tournaments, other camps, vacations, etc.

MORNING SESSION - (8:00AM - 12:00 NOON)
AFTERNOON SESSION - (1:00PM - 5:00PM)

If camper is attending both sessions of Day Camp, please note that lunch is not provided!
