The registration period has been extended. Online registration will close at midnight the night before this camp. Walk-ups will be accepted until we reach capacity. If you have already registered and made a deposit, be sure to pay your balance before July 20th.



All camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level, or gender). All camp registrations include a free t-shirt.

Camp I: Setting Camp

Date:July 9, 2012 (9:00am-12:00pm)
Cost: $60 Registration Closed

Grades: 5th-12th
Check-in: 8:30am at Thompson-Boling Arena
If you are attending Setter and Hitter Camp, you will need to bring your own lunch.

Description:
Become the "quarterback" of your team at our setting camp! Learn proper hand position, footwork to the pass, and leadership skills. Practice the execution of various sets, learn to run different offenses, play right back defense and start every game with a great serve. Campers will be broken down into small groups with a head coach for instruction. Each group will be based on age and/or skill level.

Refunds: No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of your camp start date.


Camp II: Hitter Camp

July 9, 2012 (1:00pm-4:00pm)
Cost: $60 Registration Closed

Grades: 5th-12th
Check-in: 12:30pm at Thompson-Boling Arena
If you are attending Setter and Hitter Camp, you will need to bring your own lunch.

Description:
Become a terminator on your team in no time with proper arm swing, hand contact, and footwork to the ball. From the beginner to the advanced, every player will learn to become a better attacker. Hitting camp teaches all the elements of a strong attack and will make you a confident hitter from your desired position. Outside, middle, and right side hitting will all be covered. Learn how to hit a variety of sets from your position. Back row attacks and blocking will also be reviewed in this camp.

Campers will be broken up into small groups with a head coach for instruction. Each group will be based on position, age, and/or skill level. **If you attend both Setter & Hitter Camp, the combination price is $100. Your Cart will automatically update the total at checkout.

Camp III: Team Camp I

July 9-12, 2012

TEAM CAMP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
  1. A team's coach must register first and set up a free account for his/her school.
  2. Campers click "Add to Cart" for TEAM CAMP I and select their respective school while registering individually.

    **Coaches interested in making one lump payment for their team by credit card simply continue adding their team members to the shopping cart and pay at the end.

Description:
The Team Camp is an intense, structured program that will focus on team development and performance through training with high school teammates and competition against participating camp teams. This camp is broken down into eight sessions spread out over four days. Each team will receive excellent technical and tactical instruction, utilizing drills and competition to enhance offensive and defensive performance.

High school coaches are welcome and encouraged to join their team. One coach may come free of charge. Additional coaches may come for a fee of $125 per coach to cover meals and housing expenses.

All campers and coaches need to bring their own bed linens.

Each team must have AT LEAST 8 PLAYERS to participate.

Deposit/Refunds: A $100 deposit is due with your camp application for overnight camps. The balance is due by July 1st. There is a $75 administrative fee for ALL cancellations made 14 days of your camp start date. No refunds for cancellations made withing 14 days of your camp start date.


Camp IV: Serving Camp

July 20, 2012 (1:00pm-4:00pm)
Cost: $60 Registration Closed

Grades: 5th-12th
Check-in: 12:30pm at Thompson-Boling Arena

Description:
Our Serving Camp will help you develop into a solid, consistent server. Each camper will receive instruction on all types of serves including but not limited to: float, top-spin, and jump. Players looking to build their confidence in serving and those trying fine tune their repertoire will find this camp beneficial.

Dinner will be provided to campers who also sign-up for Camp V: Overnight Individual.

Camp V: Overnight Individual

July 20-23, 2012
Resident Cost: $360 Registration Closed
Commuter Cost: $300 Registration Closed

Grades: 5th-12th

Description:
Maximize your volleyball potential at our Overnight Individual Camp. If your goals are to improve your overall technique, general tactical knowledge,and perhaps play collegiate volleyball, this is the camp for you! All skills will be taught and reviewed including: serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, and digging. It is a rigorous and challenging program with excellent competition and outstanding instruction.

All campers are instructed to bring their own bed linens.
